Bothe-Napa Valley State Park is filled with peaceful acres of forest and rivers. The 1,991-acre park even contains the farthest inland coast redwoods in a California state park. The city of Napa also has beautiful public access land, with over 48 parks and 800 acres of land! In addition to hiking/biking trails, Napa boasts several beautiful private and public golf courses and good fishing.

The Weather

The mild Mediterranean climate in Northern California wine country makes it a wonderful place to call home. With year-round mild temperatures, beautiful seasonal variation, and not much rain, Napa’s weather allows you to enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors for the majority of the year!

Napa has a rich history of art and artists, with many wineries displaying large sculptures and often housing their own galleries. Residents are able to enjoy local art, performance theater, and live music at the venues listed below:
